These terms govern your use of LQVDTY, a session and execution analytics trading journal. By creating an account, starting a trial, or otherwise using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
LQVDTY lets you log, import, and review your own trading activity, manually, via CSV upload, or by syncing a broker/exchange account you connect (currently Interactive Brokers, with Binance/Bybit exchange sync). It computes journaling and performance metrics (P&L, R-multiple, MFE/MAE, and similar) from data you provide or that your connected broker/exchange provides. The app is currently in alpha/beta.
LQVDTY is a record-keeping and analytics tool. Nothing in the app, including computed metrics, charts, tags, or any other output, is or should be treated as investment, financial, trading, tax, or legal advice, or as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, contract, or asset. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or exchange, and using LQVDTY does not create an advisory relationship of any kind. Trading and investing carry a substantial risk of loss, including total loss of capital, and are not suitable for everyone. Past performance shown in the app is historical only and is not a guarantee or predictor of future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions, and for independently verifying any figure the app displays before relying on it.
A wearable health integration (currently limited to the app owner's own account) can compute sleep, readiness, and heart-rate-response scores from a connected Google Health account. These are derived estimates for personal journaling purposes only, not medical, diagnostic, or clinical measurements, and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. We are not a healthcare provider. See the Privacy Policy, section 4, for exactly what's collected and computed.
You must be able to form a binding contract to use LQVDTY and must provide accurate information when you register. You're responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. A free anonymous trial is available with a limited trade cap before registration is required; registering with Google links your trial data to your permanent account.
You retain ownership of the trading data, notes, tags, and other content you add to LQVDTY ("your content"). You grant us the limited right to store, process, and display your content back to you as necessary to operate the app. We don't use it for any purpose beyond that, don't sell it, and don't claim ownership of it. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what we collect and who we share it with.
You're responsible for the accuracy of manually entered trades and uploaded files, and for having the right to import any data you bring in (e.g. your own broker export).
If you connect a broker or exchange account (Interactive Brokers, Binance, Bybit), you're responsible for the credentials you provide and for that provider's own terms of service. We are not affiliated with, and are not responsible for, the accuracy, availability, or conduct of any third-party broker, exchange, or data provider. If a sync fails, is delayed, or returns incomplete or incorrect data because of a third-party provider, that is outside our control.
LQVDTY is provided as an evolving, pre-release product. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice, and data may be reset, migrated, or lost as the schema evolves. See the Privacy Policy's alpha-stage notice. Do not rely on LQVDTY as your sole or permanent record of your trading history.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY COMPUTED METRIC (P&L, R-MULTIPLE, MFE/MAE, OR OTHERWISE) IS ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LQVDTY AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY TRADING OR INVESTMENT DECISION YOU MAKE IN RELIANCE ON DATA, METRICS, OR CONTENT DISPLAYED BY THE APP. TO THE EXTENT ANY LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) USD $50, NOTING THAT AS OF THIS DOCUMENT'S EFFECTIVE DATE, LQVDTY DOES NOT CHARGE FOR ACCESS.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these terms, your misuse of the app, or content you submit to it.
You may stop using LQVDTY and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access to the app, in whole or part, at any time, including during the alpha period described in section 7, for conduct that violates these terms or for operational reasons.
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use of LQVDTY after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We'll update the "Effective" date above whenever this page changes.
